All brand new products with tags can be returned for a full refund or store credit, within 30 days from date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received with tags. If a returned item has clearly been used, no refund will be granted to the customer.
To start a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org for a RA#.
Shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
How Long Does it Take to Process My Return?
Once your return is received by our warehouse and complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. After we have issued your refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
All exchanges must be new, unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
